I am the Founder and CEO of Authentic Coaching. I am a seasoned leadership coach with 28 years experience of leading in complex environments.  I have a Masters in Leadership and I am a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor. As a self starter and determined to make a difference, I escalated through the ranks in the UK Prison Service governing male prisons. I led tough, complex prisons, as well as successfully transitioned careers into Conservation Leadership - quite a step!  Coaching is my passion and where I make the most difference.  As my female clients increased I realised I had a unique niche.  They shared with me the difference that I had made to their careers.  The experience of navigating difficult cultures, trying to maintain authenticity and in challenging command incidents, including governing during Covid-19 gave me the experience to tackle anything.  Clients describe me as confident, wise and grounded.
