After many years as a senior leader in challenging commercial leadership roles, mostly in male dominated arenas, I bring a wealth of experience in supporting senior leaders. I have transitioned careers through private, public and charity sectors and now focus on leadership coaching and group facilitation. I offer an unusual combination of complex operational leadership and psychological analysis. I am a supportive coach but I will also challenge you to stand back and think differently. I am non-judgemental and build trust easily. With previous challenging roles in complex environments, I can support you whatever your reason for coaching. My coaching empowers executives and senior leaders to navigate uncertainty, optimise operations, and make commercially sound decisions—all while staying true to their authentic leadership style.
