Louise Sullivan - Leadership Coach

After many years as a senior leader in challenging leadership roles, mostly in male dominated arenas, I bring a wealth of experience in supporting female senior leaders. I have transitioned careers through private, public and charity sectors and now focus on leadership coaching and group facilitation. It gives me the most satisfaction and success to my clients. I am a warm supportive coach but I will also challenge you to stand back and think differently. I am non-judgemental and build trust easily. With previous challenging roles in complex environments, I can support you whatever your reason for coaching.

I will meet with you to establish what you want to gain from coaching or group facilitation and we will agree the parameters in which we work. This is important to get a tailored approach, so I can adapt to your needs. We will then work through the points that you have chosen in a non-judgemental space to gain understanding and options for the future. I will be dynamic, supportive and solution focused to provide you tools to make progress.
