1-2-1 Coaching
1-2-1 coaching is an intellectual space with a professional leadership coach to think through your chosen subject. This could be wanting support to succeed in a new role, ensuring you are using your unique set of skills or tackling an issue in a current role or transitioning to a new career. It a holistic approach and will assess all parts of the challenge to get the right set of solutions to move forwards. We often get stuck, procrastinate or talk ourselves out of situations being different but with a little help from a leadership coach we can achieve much more and still be our authentic selves.

Group Facilitation
Group coaching can be many things. It can be facilitating groups to better understand each other and work together more collaboratively - this could be different teams, a Senior Leadership Team and a Board of Directors/Trustees. It can be useful in supporting new teams forming together or problem solving an organisational complex problem that needs resolution. It can be helpful to have an independent facilitator, so all parties can contribute and stand back to see from another view.
